Alpine Nook in Methven's Heart

Great location, comfortable and well stocked with the basic essentials. Positive: Location was great, central to everything in town. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with the basics. Comfortable to relax after a day on the mountain or walking. Negative: No storage for clothes in the wardrobes and no drawers to put things in. We were there for 10 days and everything had to stay in suitcases on the floor. Not a lot of cupboards to put food away in the kitchen.

Good value and comfy. Positive: The place was cozy and spacious for us, it looks modern and has everything we need. The staff is proactive to offer help even it was late in Friday night, we will give a five star for this👍 Negative: We have four people, and the hot water do have to wait for longer intervals to use.

Positive: Location great, excellent communication with hosts, cosy,, warm, would stay again Negative: Pull out bed/couch could be improved for comfort

A most enjoyable stay. Could have stayed longer. Positive: Don’t judge a book by its cover! It was very well equipped, modern, warm, airy, light-filled and quiet. Easy walk to town where there are plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants olus supermarkets. Negative: Could be useful to have another towel rail so towels can get dry.

Positive: Lovely stay in a super clean cabin, close to everything in the town! Owner was super responsive when we had queries/requests.
